The Turtle Tuff Shelter System requires some fabrication and assembly
by the customer.
The Turtle Tuff Shelter system has been designed
to keep costs low, be light and easy to transport, and be strong and long
lasting in harsh outdoor four season conditions.
With this in mind, about 15% of the system requires simple fabrication (door and
window zippers, insulation) etc. These systems have been extensively tested in
outdoor temperature and weather extremes and work well. It is not intended to be
a “pop up” week end camp tent. It is not a tent at all. It is a geodesic dome
shelter intended to give superior protection from the elements for extended
periods of time.
